Seller’s Rights and Obligations

The seller is committed to providing the buyer with access to the e-commerce store’s services under the terms and conditions set forth in these policies and on the online store platform.

The seller has the right to set a minimum order value at its discretion. If such a requirement is in place, the minimum order amount will be specified on the website.

The seller is responsible for selling only high-quality products that have been legally acquired and that match the description provided in the product listing.

The seller is obligated to prepare the ordered products for collection or delivery within the agreed time unless there is a justified reason preventing it. Such reasons may include the buyer failing to fulfill contractual obligations, non-compliance with additional terms stated in the listing, or the inability to contact the buyer.

If the seller is unable to deliver the ordered product, they must offer an equivalent alternative. If no equivalent product is available or if the buyer refuses the alternative, the seller must refund the full amount paid for the product within 7 (seven) business days.

The seller has the right to cancel an order without prior notice if the buyer fails to make the payment within 3 (three) business days.

If the buyer attempts to disrupt the stability or security of the online store or violates the terms of purchase, the seller has the right to immediately and without notice restrict or suspend the buyer’s access to the store or delete their account. The seller shall not be responsible for any resulting losses incurred by the buyer.

The seller is responsible for ensuring the confidentiality and security of user account data and must not share user account or login details with third parties.

The seller is committed to respecting the buyer’s privacy and processing personal data in accordance with these terms and Lithuanian legal regulations.

The seller reserves the right to modify, amend, or supplement these terms and conditions at any time to comply with legal requirements.

The seller has the right to temporarily or permanently discontinue the operation of the online store without prior notice to the buyer.

The seller must comply with all other applicable requirements set forth in these terms and Lithuanian law.

 

Buyer’s Rights and Obligations

1. Proper Use of the Online Store The buyer agrees to use the online store in an honest and lawful manner without disrupting its operation or security. If the buyer fails to comply with this obligation, the seller has the right to restrict, suspend, or terminate the buyer’s access to the store without prior notice and shall not be liable for any resulting losses incurred by the buyer.

2. Right to Purchase The buyer has the right to purchase goods from the online store in accordance with these terms and conditions and the store’s purchasing procedures.

3. Responsibility to Review Product Information Before purchasing a product, the buyer must carefully read all information provided in the product listing, including the final price, applicable taxes, and any other relevant details. If the buyer has any questions or concerns, they should contact the seller for clarification before making a purchase.

4. Accurate Information Submission The buyer must provide accurate and complete information during the registration process. If any details change, the buyer must promptly update their account information to reflect these changes.

5. Payment and Order Acceptance Once an order is placed in the online store, the buyer is required to make payment in a timely manner and accept the goods in accordance with the terms set forth in these conditions.

6. Return and Refund Policy The buyer has the right to return a purchased product within 14 days if the item is damaged or does not match the product ordered. However, the buyer loses the right to return the product if:

  • The product listing explicitly stated that the item has defects.
  • The buyer had the opportunity to inspect the item at the time of receipt and did not immediately notify the seller of any defects.

8. Liability for Damages If the seller incurs damages due to the buyer’s actions, the buyer is responsible for compensating the seller for the losses incurred.

9. Compliance with Legal Requirements The buyer is required to adhere to all provisions set forth in these terms and conditions as well as comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the Republic of Lithuania.
