1. General Return Policy

Under Lithuanian law, sellers of used goods are not required to accept returns of quality second-hand products unless they choose to do so. Returns and refunds for such products are only possible with the seller’s consent.

Customers have the right to:

  • Return quality goods within 14 (fourteen) days of receiving or picking up the item from the designated sales location.

  • Return goods if they are defective or of inadequate quality, provided that the defects were not disclosed before the purchase. Such returns must be made within a reasonable period as required by law, but no later than 14 (fourteen) days from the date of receipt or collection.

2. Conditions for Returning Quality Goods

Quality goods can be exchanged or returned if they:

  • Have not been used.

  • Are undamaged.

  • Are in the same complete condition as when purchased.

  • Have retained their original consumer properties.

3. Price Differences in Exchanges

If an exchanged item has a price difference, the customer must either pay the additional amount or receive a refund of the price difference from the seller, based on the adjusted pricing.

4. Return Process for Defective or Incorrect Goods

If a customer receives an incorrect or defective product, they should contact us via email at [Your Contact Email] or call [Your Contact Phone Number] to arrange for a return, refund, or product replacement.

5. Required Documentation for Returns

When returning an item, the customer must provide proof of purchase, which may include:

  • A VAT invoice (or its reference number).

  • An order number.

6. Returning Goods

Customers may return products by:

  • Delivering them in person to the seller’s designated return location.

  • Sending them via a courier service. When returning items through a courier, the customer must:

    • Provide the correct sender address.

    • Properly package the item to prevent damage during shipping.

    • Note that the seller is not responsible for parcels that are improperly packaged, incorrectly addressed, lost, or damaged in transit.

7. Return Shipping Costs

  • If a product is defective or the wrong item was received, the seller will cover the return shipping costs.

  • If a product is returned due to the customer’s personal preference (not due to defects or seller errors), the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

8. Refund Policy

Once the customer contacts the seller and agrees on the return conditions, the refund will be processed within 7 (seven) days of the seller receiving the returned item. The refund will be transferred to the bank account specified by the customer.

9. Product Quality Guarantee

The seller is not responsible for minor differences in product color, shape, or other characteristics as displayed on the online store compared to the actual product. Variations may occur due to differences in screen resolution, lighting, and display settings used by the customer.
